Is the PSHBC sponsored by a specific home builder?

Yes. Quadrant Homes sponsors the PSHBC. While many PSHBC customers purchase a Quadrant home, many others do not. Some decide that a resale home is better suited to their needs while other customers purchase new construction offered by another home builder. The goal of the PSHBC is to identify your unique needs and help you get into a home of your choice, regardless of where it is or who built it.

My credit is excellent. Is the PSHBC really for people like me?

Yes. Although the PSHBC helps a lot of home buyers who have new or weak personal credit histories, home buyers with tenured or superior credit histories also fit into the mission of the PSHBC.
